OUR INVESTORS
Praetorian’s ownership consists of a combination of private investors, venture capital and strategic investors, including co-founders Alex Ford (CEO) and Michael Herning (Chairman). Praetorian has raised three rounds of funding to date, the most recent being a Series B in 2001. Investors include:
- Live Oak Ventures: the Charles Schwab family investment fund
- Podesta Public Safety LLC: a group of high net worth private investors from Chicago and the San Francisco Bay Area
