The Praetorian Group And Cerulean Technology Announce Wireless Web Channel For Public Safety

APCO 2000 Conference – Boston – (August 14, 2000) — The Praetorian Group, the leading business-to-government enabler for public safety, and Cerulean Technology, Inc., the mobile government company, today announced an agreement that will allow seamless delivery of public safety-oriented content and e-Commerce solutions to wireless handheld device. At the Association of Public-Safety Communications International, Inc. (APCO 2000) conference, Cerulean and Praetorian will demonstrate an interactive news and information Web channel sourced directly from PoliceOne.com, Praetorian’s flagship site for law enforcement.

The demonstration of the Web channel is being delivered through Cerulean’s wireless service on Palm handheld devices. It is part of the beta phase in the creation of a Cerulean News and Information Channel featuring Praetorian branded information services as an integrated application solution. The service will be available to law enforcement during Q4 of this year.
