EMS1.com Releases New iPhone App & Mobile Site for EMS Professionals

SAN FRANCISCO , CA – EMS1.com, a leading online resource for EMS professionals, today announced the release of its first application for the iPhone and iPod Touch. The EMS1 app is available for download for free in the Apple application store and provides EMS professionals with breaking EMS news, as well as photos, tips and EMS1’s full archive of expert columnist articles. This is the first comprehensive EMS news-related app for mobile phones.

The creation of the EMS1 app addresses the evolving habits of first responders, who are increasingly reliant on their mobile devices for accessing news and other resources while out in the field. Whether EMTs need to research a specific EMS topic from a call or just want to browse the latest news on a shift, the EMS1 app provides access to a level of mobile content that has never been available to them before.
