Calibre Press to Offer New Leadership Tactics Course

Dallas, TX – Calibre Press, the top provider of law enforcement training nationwide, has announced that it will be offering a new course focused on leadership, the Calibre Press Leadership Tactics course.

The leadership course, which will be primarily for command staff and supervisors, will be led by instructor Bill Burroughs. Bill has over 36 years of law enforcement, corporate leadership and professional training experience, and founded TALON International in 1993 to provide research-based use-of-force programs to the law enforcement and military sectors. The new leadership program will provide a framework for understanding group dynamics and stages of group development and how to match leadership style to group needs.

Upcoming classes include:

• Sunnyvale, CA hosted by Sunnyvale PD on August 10-11
• Harrisburg, PA hosted by Pennsylvania Game Commission on Sept. 27-28
• Harrisburg PA hosted by Pennsylvania Game Commission on Sept. 29-30
• Westminster, CO hosted by the Westminster Police Department on Dec. 1-2
